Just recently purchased my x class, having rear parking sensors fitting. I have contacted MB many a time with no positive answers. Is there a certain back to lower this section… the manual does not show it either. There are three hoop material cords , one under each head rest. I have removed the head rest and tried pulling these cords and nothing happens… can anyone Help please

Hey mate, you cannot remove it that way. Lift the base of the rear seat, you will find 1 bolt on either side of the seat on the raised floor. Undo those bolts and push the whole seat assembly up, the rear rest will unhook from the body of the car
