Welcome to the forum.

Too bad Lexus hasn't come out with a pick up because I bet they can bring some great value to this segment. Also there's the fact that they already sell body on frame SUV's, making a pick up becomes that much easier.
If Lexus gets into this market would you consider their offering?
Congrats on the new X-Class and welcome to the forum! This model has definitely placed more focus on luxury, so unfortunately that means it'll come with some sacrifices to utility. A bunch of automakers are showing new interest in releasing pickups as of late. Why the change from Toyota?
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new truck! How are you finding the performance on the 250d? I did see a bunch of early previews that suggested it might be better to wait on the V6 model.

tell me about it, the industry these days is quite interesting, to the point we might see other brands respond to what Mercedes is doing.
ultimately I would like to see an F-150 based Lincoln Pick Up with all the luxury of Navigator.
Newbie here.. Came looking to see if anyone out there has found a 1" Bodylift Kit as my only other option is to make one up myself.. Not looking to alter the suspension or go OTT with a 4" lift, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I fitted an iDrive ( https://idriveaustralia.com.au/ ) to mine the day after I picked it up as I have one on my Amarok and it has improved the throttle response dramatically. I love the X-Class but there is no denying it had the most lag I have ever experienced so I would highly recommend fitting one.
You might have some luck in getting feedback from aftermarket parts makers that already supply to vehicle with similar components as ours.
Often in a situation like this it takes some deeper industry insight to find out what off the shelf can work.
