MB releases full details on Australian X-Class

We now have full details of the X-Class's pricing and specs for the Australian market. Priced from $45,540 the X-Class is available in a whopping 13 variants. Engine options include single- and twin-turbocharged 2.3-litre diesel units, badged as X 220d and X 250d. The base engine is paired exclusively to a 6 speed manual and a seven speed auto is available for the X 250d, which comes standard with 4 wheel drive. Prices per trim are as follows (AUS)

Looks like there's three trims and they come in various styles and gearboxes. Surprised Mercedes Australia left out the X 350d 4MATIC powertrain because there were complaints about the under-powered X250d last year.
I believe that there are plans to offer the X350d at a later date this year. For now at least we have a good indication of where the V6 model may sit within each trim level.
