I like to think in terms of the demographic they're trying to appeal to and the way I see it, is similar to you, it just can't be this simple, things will change.

What we should really take seriously are leaks of the interior closer to launch that look like they come from a brochure. But at this rate we're a long way out form that.

I mean.. maybe we can take the foot space within the footwells but that's essentially it? Everything in there right now could potentially be all parts-bin parts that won't end up in there at all.

Even that is subject to change depending on all the little things that all revolve around how the interior is shaped. But from what I can make of all this we'll get GLC-like footwell. Just about anything from MB of that size is a good reference point.

Haven't sat in a GLC as of yet but I can obviously imagine it's sufficient. Just gotta wait until we see some more detailed photos that look more production ready.

GLC Coupe or SUV will give you a good idea, look up reviews of the GLC SUV and you'll find enough examples of the foot-well size. Unless your 6.5ft+ tall there are no concerns.
